We want our products and services to be accessible.
Our communication should also be understandable and accessible for everyone.

Accessible means:
There are no obstacles.
Everyone should be able to make good use of our services and information.

We work on this every day.
But: There are still challenges.

Some things are technically complex.
And some legal requirements do not allow everything.

What we are planning

Websites and documents

Many of our digital contents are already accessible.
But we want to get even better.

Our goal: the WCAG AA standard.
This means:
All websites and documents should be accessible to everyone.

Invoices are to be accessible by the end of 2025.

What we are still working on

Perceptibility

All content should be easy to see, hear or read.
To achieve this, we are improving:

  • Alternative texts for images

  • Readability of tables

  • Structure with clear headings

  • Colour contrasts

  • Zoom and enlargement functions

Operability

You should be able to navigate everything easily – for example with the keyboard.
Here we are improving:

  • Keyboard navigation

  • Size and placement of buttons

  • Options to skip certain sections

Comprehensibility

Some texts are still too complex.
We are working on writing them in a simpler way.

Technology & settings

Some information is still missing for screen readers.
Personal settings cannot always be saved.

Customer service

You can reach our customer service in various ways.
We make sure that as many senses as possible are addressed.
But: Not every contact channel works for everything.
Sometimes you need to choose a different channel.
